DESIGNED
SO THAT EVERY SPACE FEELS LIKE
 SOMEWHERE THEY BELONG.
 HOW IT STARTED

My work in home staging began while purchasing my own townhome. Before moving in, I carefully considered how each room should look and feel — focusing on layout, balance, and overall atmosphere.

Using a design platform, I brought those ideas to life and discovered a natural ability to transform empty spaces into intentional, cohesive environments.

After staging my mom’s vacant listing and seeing the immediate shift in presentation and buyer interest, one thing became clear: staging is not simply decorating — it’s a strategic tool that strengthens perception and positions a home at its highest potential from the very first impression.

Behind The Staging

At Agnew Staging, virtual staging is approached with intention and strategy. I believe presentation has the power to influence perception — and in today’s digital-first market, first impressions matter more than ever.

What began as transforming my own future home evolved into a refined approach to staging that prioritizes balance, flow, and buyer psychology.

I focus on thoughtful layouts designed to complement a wide range of architectural styles.

Every project is styled with purpose.

Not simply to fill a room, but to position a property at its strongest potential and create an immediate connection with buyers.
